E.R. “Soulful Ignorance” Cover & Poster
I’m very happy with the outcome of this project. I’ve been working with the client for a couple weeks perfecting his vision and we finally agreed that this was the best work. I love going beyond just a cover and venturing into possible marketing techniques such as posters that match the cover. It’s cool seeing everything come together and it’s one of the reasons I love being a graphic designer.

“Still Spokane’s Most Wanted” Poster
Adam Morrison is one of the most different players to ever play in the NBA. He’s seen everything. He’s won rings, he’s played on bad teams, he’s played over seas, he’s been the top college player in the nation…the list goes on. Even though he hasn’t turned out to be the “second coming of Larry Bird” in the NBA, in a way Morrison is still a legend. Currently he is attempting to make the Portland Blazers squad. I have been a huge ‘Ammo’ fan since his days at Gonzaga, so I really am rooting for him to make the team. I’m still a major supporter. The NBA hasn’t been all that kind to Morrison but he’s a good guy who deserves another chance. He’s is STILL SPOKANE’S MOST WANTED.
This poster was completed partly by hand and the rest by Illustrator and Photoshop. Please do not steal, if you use this on your site please give credit. Poster like these take hours to complete. Thanx for taking a look!

Kanye West- The Black American Psycho Cover
So Kanye’s 6th studio album is rumored to be titled “The Black American Psycho”. I’ve been intrigued by this title for a few weeks now so I decided to come up with a cover. After searching Google Images for stuff from the movie ‘American Psycho’, one image really stuck out to me. It had a man who I assume was the main character of the film(I haven’t seen the movie) who was laughing or screaming with blood splattered on his face. I wanted to recreate this, but with Kanye’s face. I decided to add some scratches to the cover as well because of the crazy lines which obviously can symbolizes ‘craziness’, for a lack of a better word.
What do you guys think about this one? Do you think it looks like something Yeezy would use? I tried to make it that way. Kanye’s style is unlike any other rapper, so his cover styles can’t be anything like your average rapper’s cover style. Just let me know what you think! Leave a comment!

It’s no secret that my Drake Take Care cover’s are the most popular on my site. They have always received a great response from all of the OVOXO Drizzy Drake fans out there. I feel like this cover is definitely the best. This one really does look official. The cover pop’s out of the screen and it’s something I could see Drake liking alot. About the sig specifically, It turned out well. I like the text alot because of the circle it sits in. I feel like it brought everything together.

Help Me “Donate” my Take Care cover to Drake!
A while back I posted my idea for the cover of Drake’s Take Care album. Now, Im asking for everyone’s help in making Drake actually notice my cover and use it officially. I just want to donate the cover to him. Personally, I’m a really big fan of his and it would be a dream come true to have my artwork used as the official cover art. This is where all of you come in to play. If I just tweet the cover to Drake, there is no way he see’s it. But if I can get everyone to tweet and email the cover to him he might possibly see it and he could contact me.

I have been sitting on these covers debating with myself whether or not to drop these on my site. I actually sent the basic idea of these cover’s to Cortez Bryant Management a while ago…but as expected no response. It would have been nice to at least hear back from them saying they dont take cover design submissions or that they already have a cover or a designer. Oh well…we’ll see how my cover’s hold up against the real thing when it Take Care drops this fall.
And I have to say, these covers are 2 of my favorites pieces I have ever done. I love the way they turned out and they look official. I fully expect to see these on some of the Rap and Hip Hop blogs soon.
